Fully Managed
Offers everything provided with our tenant find package; with the added benefit of all communication, collection of rent and maintenance of the property being handled by us. Perfect for the landlord looking for a more "hands-off approach".
£350.00 initial set up fee.
10% management fee (of the monthly rent)
